paṭipadā

stand now at iron gates

squalling grit and heat

weary wind that scratches

white fire at your feet

–

boiling primal blood

fills your eyes with fire

lightning in your hand

the righteous purifier

–

come angry angels swiftly

cast usurpers from the throne

grins become the fallen

returned to mud and bone
